Yes, Virginia, your boss reads your blog.

I used to wonder if people at work read my blog. Having seen plenty of stories where people got in hot water at work for what they posted online, I've always been leery of talking about politics, or sex, or religion much here, despite the fact that in real life I have no problem spouting off on these issues.

I started a new job a couple weeks ago (I'm back working at Xbox documentation), and while I was sitting and chatting with my new/old boss on my first day I was momentarily shocked when he started a question with "Hey, I read your blog the other day...". (Hi Carl!).

So, take note bloggers, it does happen.
